RE <<<Didn't Intel and Dell make "small profits" - while Compaq and IBM LOST MONEY on the PC operations ?>>>

Get your facts straight; one more time, CPQ lost $ 2 of the last ten quarters...is it necessary to post the profits quarter by quarter so that you get it...in any case, that is not considered losing money. As for IBM while the company as whole has not lost money, I do not have a breakout for their pc operations so I am not sure of its financial status.

RE <<<But you claim it is Intel and Dell that have problems, NOT Compaq, IBM and AMD !>>>

On the contrary its you that claims that intc and Dell are doing fine.
If that's true, why is Dell's stock doing worse than intc which, in turn, is barely performing as well as the nasdaq as a whole.

RE <<<What a LAUGH !>>>

I am afraid the laugh is on you.

RE <<<You should pat yourself on the back for being LOONIER than dUMBEREBES !>>>

And you, sir, should pat yourself on your back for looking more stupid tonite than the average intc long.....which is saying a h*ll of a lot.

Good nite,

ted
