Building a house will test your limits! Advice, watch them like a HAWK. If you can, take PHOTOS as they build. If you chose a house based on a model, take many indoor and outdoor photos of the model to compare work to. Make sure you have a good expediter...Ours never even showed up at our house, leaving the contractors to guess and in the dark...and when something went wrong, he would lie to the owner and blame the contractors. We still have major things wrong, and since we signed the last draw, they split, making us have to take them to court. Best of luck to you, be strong!!!! Annette
