Since he's gone for two weeks and probably won't wade through all of this, I will risk flattery and say that for me the chief lesson is follow Merlin's analysis.... Not to worry, I followed Merlin over here to SI from the Fool after we discussed at length the CRM space. I had not discovered anyone else at the Fool who was so willing to talk gorilla with me. You can rest assured that he is enjoying a nice sunshine filled day over here in Europe. Even the Alps are fairly clear today. BB
