Another "charitable organization" located in Maricopa County. Interesting.

VICTORIA STATION

Mr. Erichson said he talked with Vicki Gifford regarding the Victoria Station Conditional Use Permit, and found they were not in compliance. The permit was prepared, but has not yet been recorded. The bank was going to take over the farm, but bankruptcy filing extended 60 days before eviction could take place. In addition to being at Victoria Station, there are also Kline Bros. trucks at Kline's parents home and at Penders farm. The address for the Kline Bros. business is listed at Bob Kline's address on 110th Street. Mr. Penders is not in compliance with outside storage, only rental of the hangars. Ms. Magadance heard Klines were buying land in Forest Lake Township for their business. Mr. Wolff said it would be worthwhile to wait and write a letter to Victoria Station verifying the property is not tn compliance with the conditions required for the permit, and therefore we have not recorded it and unless the property is cleaned up immediately we will commence action to cancel the permit. A letter also should be sent to Bob Kline regarding the equipment on his property, in violation of section 712.03 and 712.05. Mr. Erichson moved the Clerk send the letter to Ms. Wilcher regarding the permit violation and not being recorded, and also to Mr. Kline about their violations. Mr. Welander seconded the motion. Motion passed.
