Where was Joe Naughton's "solid business plan" ten years ago? He couldn't make money with this company then, and he still can't. How many years should he get? How many shares? Having sold 70 million shares, they couldn't even generate a dollar in revenue. You call this great management? ShopGoOnline certainly doesn't show any profit potential. Much bigger sites selling the same stuff haven't turned a profit yet. As the SB-2 filing indicated, other companies wiring hotels for the Internet are losing millions of dollars. Auction sites are not making money, either. The "media blitz" lasted all of one day and did them no good -- check out the hits to their website chart in the business plan for confirmation. So GONT will keep bleeding cash indefinitely. But what you should really be concerned about is what happens to the share price once 30 million new shares hit the market. It can't hit .50 now -- what is it going to do with twice as many shares in the float? What's the "good solid Internet company" you are referring to? None of the Internet operations existed prior to the press releases announcing them.
