Although there is disappointment here given the drop from $81., the Merrill benefits kicking in this month, the expansion and new businesses being developed, the end of summer doldrums and a better qtr. in progress is it not a wise move to take advantage of any panic selling here by buying here?

That was a really prescient diatribe by Jim Cramer - after
the earnings warning. I could do that. Is this what people pay his website for? Count me out.

He should look in the mirror at his own stock; it has tumbled like the classic falling knife trade. No matter where you bought it you are basically dead.

Nite is down significantly from its highs. Down $5 is no big deal. It used to have $5-$7 ranged inter-day.
Do we all think the online business is going into recession? I doubt it. It is just competition is going to
dilute some profits. We will see who ends up standing.
EBay ended up standing, while Onsale and Ubid are on the floor. I think to panic at $60 off the high on the leading
market makers in online trading would be getting out at the lows. The market has readjusted big time for Nite, now the bad news explains why it had been struggling all summer.
With $25 trading on NITE, the earnings warning is officially old news.
