Don, i agree...one doesn't profit from being dogmatic. it seems to me that the sector rotation thing has to do with funds that HAVE to be in the market looking for sectors that appear safe or promising in what's basically a trendless market. my impression continues to be that fundamentals have very little to do with how the market and certain sectors within it behave. note that volatility has increased and the sector rotation is beginning to narrow even more...not a good sign imo. several former leaders are breaking down, IBM, HWP... but a big positive is that negative sentiment seems to have increased quite a bit lately. regards, hb
