Thanks Dick, I've noticed somewhat the same thing. I think part of it may be the narrow rally that we have been having. Only a small stack of stocks have been making new highs and the OPTI measuring all of the Optional stocks, would record a reversal when the larger caps have been on buys for a while. This is why looking at the whole indicator universe is helpful. It's like making a pie, you need all the ingredients to make it work. I like Apricot pie.
