\Npow read some posts at Jaba Thread on the NEW REverse Split going on this week...I wonder:
What would an Oil company want with a high tech Company or a High tech want with a O&G Company. Makes no sense. ABRG is about broke they cant buy anyone. Merger or a sale to another O&G is possible.

If a deal like this happens, it would most likely be a liquidation of assetts of ABRG and than ABRG would be a totally different comapny. Some companies buy dead corporations still listed because it is far less expensive to go public with an esixting "Shell" incorporation than to start a IPO from scratch. Just look at PNDA, its essentialy becoming a shell company. Thats also how WINR got started. Usually a massive reverse split takes place soon after such an event.

But this is an argument based on complete rumors about ABRG.
