Voop - Do they get royalties for air and land interface presently for 2G?

As management has said several times, they get their royalties whenever anyone is using any Q IPR. Thus, even if they use a tiny amount of IPR, they are supposed to pay the same rate. Having said that I have two comments:

1) Q has standards IPR Claim Stakes for all of the CDMAOne family and thus their case is rock solid for large portions of the standard, including portions of the 'land interface'. And, for W-CDMA they are unlikely to have the same sort of over-all patents. But ...

2) Q's really important patents are largely air interface related, but not tied to a particular standard.
