Here is a little gold stock that:

has an attractive shares structure
has proven reserves of 300,000 oz of gold
has cash and equivalents of around $500,000.00
has a CEO whose day job is with one of the major gold mining companies
has traded around $2 - $3 bucks in the better days
could do well long term if the price of gold remains firm
