This is the second reference from Grant, Minnesota.... ci.grant.mn.us WILCHER It was noted work is being done on removing the tiles on the Victoria Station silos. They are supposed to be tightening the straps and installing them properly, not removing the tiles. No PCA permit has been given to the Township, nor the certificate of insurance. The bands must be secure so they are not dangerous. The drainfield project has been completed, so the equipment must be removed. Someone is supposedly still living in the barn, which is not allowed in the permit. Mrs. Wilcher's letter says no one will live there. We can revoke the permit if conditions are not complied with. It was claimed there is an asbestos problem in the barn, and the County will be sent out to check on that. KJC
