Richard don't sweat the Fort Knox gold. The way gold markets
have been acting lately makes me think they have already discounted
the possibility that there is very little gold in Fort Knox
till further proof comes along. That's why they've decided to start
accumulating it themselves, <VBG.,

Richard -

(...I wish to see a total inventory and audit of the TOTAL gold reserves held by all publicly insured institutions inside the United States. )

Any audit is certain to report whatever the people in power to enable it want it to report. The report conclusions would be written before the auditors were tasked.

Regards, Don

Richard, actually it looks like the percentage held at the FED bank in NY is pretty small. Most is at Ft, Knox, but a lot is at West Point and Denver.
