Gary,

Volume is not that heavy, after initial burst in the volume, it is slowing down. Mostly small investors seems to be getting out. I am going to hold on.

Too bad. I really question the credibility of Pasternak here. If he really said to the analyst a couple of cents off, then it turns out to be half something is wrong. Either he deliberately misled lots of people or he has no clue on his earnings projections. Either way it looks bad. Is it possible that they took some unexpected hits on positions that they were long in towards the end of the quarter? Is that what he meant by volatility? My take on this is that if the earnings lack visibility that will really affect the pe ratio to the downside. Also if Pasternak cannot project a quarter's worth of earningss what credibility does a long term growth rate have given all the changes facing this industry?

KP is calling for revenue growth of about 30 percent going forward. If the p.e. were the same, 30, that would
support a stock price of 34.

Revenue growth does not neccesarily translate into earnings growth. Listen to the words carefully.
