specifically: the corporation knowingly or recklessly published an 'untrue statement of fact' or omitted to state a material fact at their recent analyst love-in

we'll have to see what they actually report in a couple weeks to know for sure.... but Mickey is dumping 4 million shares a month.. somethin smells
