The ASCOM story is rather puzzling. As you know they were some of the people who helped start IDX. They've been insiders for a very long time and I am sure they had had a lot of say in what FOwler has been able to do or does now. A falling out is not likely in such circles. They certainly are not dumb either; so why would they want to dump at relatively low prices? It doesn't seem to figure unless. My take is that they have more demands on their money and this is the only "discretionary" cash they have.
