That's true. We looked for 2 1/2 years- before we found a house at the bottom of the market, owned by a relocation company- and nobody wanted it. We wouldn't have known it was a good deal if we hadn't looked at so many other places.

I ran back out there at lunch and it is 150 steps to the bay. It is 50 steps from my car to my front door where I am now. I took the 150 steps to the bay and found a duck and her two babies trying to figure out how to get back to where they came from in what had become sort of choppy seas. It was so cute. They were in the bay trying to go against the waves but the little ones would get tired and one would turn around and head for shore. The mom would quack and the little one would turn around and try again. Finally they were tired so they came back to shore. The mom stood on shore looking out at the bay to see what course she should take. The little ones ventured off into little mud puddles and got pretty far from her. She finally turned to see them and after a couple stern quack quacks they ran to her side.

I think that is the place for me.
