OminTracs/China is huge news for the following reasons: 1) QC had been trying to get Omnitracs in China for years, nothing had worked till now. 2) China, especially southern part, has truck highjack problems. OmniTracs should be very popular just for this reason alone. 3) Traffic problem is huge all over China. OmniTracs can help reroute. 4) Volume could be huge, more so than any country. So even though I never think OmniTracs would affect QC's bottomline significantly, this should have some effect. Ramsey
