I'm pretty confident the executive staff is not going to have Paul P. shot due to the content in his paper.

Of course things have to operate within the laws of physics.

What is probably needed most is a new gate dielectric material.

This is not implying that the new unknown as of now material will circumvent the laws of physics.

It just means a material must be found that has properties that meet the electrical objectives along with being conducive to semiconductor processing.

There are some things to go try.

It may be quite a challenge.

There very well may be many experimental failures and TONS of money working on these problems that face the ENTIRE industry.

At some point, it should get done.

Physics Rulz Dude!
