Zoltan, My response is based on your statement as fact that CSCO does not need shareholder approval while a recent post indicated that a proxy vote was requested from a shareholder for this issue. Why would CSCO waste a significant amount of money and effort on the mailings if it is not necessary? Either they are wasting resources or you are incorrect. Which is it? This is not a big deal but since you decided to publicly attack me on it last week, it is worthy of note. Brian
