If you want to establish a position, watch near the close.
If it holds near the high, then I would go for it.
Otherwise, it's a dead cat bounce.

In CNQR for a 1-90 day hold. Expect it to return to at least the high teens before year end.

Hot sector, but the entire sector (except for CNQR) seems to be valued near the high end already.

CNQR could triple and still be cheap relative to the others.
