sandintoes, I found the article. It's an advertisement in "Parade" magazine. They are advertising a program on A&E channel. It's called "Biography of the Millennium". And the caption reads; A & E invited journalists, scholars, political leaders, and of course our viewers to vote on the most influential people of the millennium. Join us for two nights as we count down the top 100 people and reveal the Biography of the Millennium. Only problem, yesterday was the first day. 8PM ET. It does list an Internet address: A&EBiography.com

I'm not sure if this is the same list your talking about. But I'm going to look into it.
