splitting up the Union finance ministry into two Cabinet-level posts for the first time - a finance minister and a separate economic affairs minister, wherein the former would handle the departments of revenue and expenditure and present the Union budget. Under this model, the latter would take charge of departments of economic affairs as well as the sensitive law, justice and company affairs. Your opinion: Great!
