I once learned an age-old definition that a gold mine is a hole in the ground owned by a liar. So, if you don't do tech analysis on the shares do you rock up at the HQ of the company with a lie-detector machine?!

Markets are just crowd behavior and psychology. Sometimes the perception of gold is more important than the reality of gold. Of course, I have never been able to figure people out, so I use charts and technical analysis instead !
