In 1996 and 1998 the 10QSB was filed in mid-November, but in 1997 it was filed in October. So, I would not be surprised if EDIG filed in October.

You ask:What does the fact that Intel releasing their earnings have to do with EDIG? Partnership, that's what! Intel will have real 'hot' earnings coming out tomorrow. Intel will do good, hence EDIG will do likewise. Tomorrow may be the last time to steal EDIG away from somebody for $1.38 per share. Buy! But do your own DD. Buyer beware! Good link: vcall.com put in ticker symbol INTC and listen to the stories; then do the same for EDIG... enjoy!
