Paul, Dell may have to do a lot of grovelling. Even though Dell is a large client it is a low margin client and the aggregate of screwdriver shops buy more and pay more for it than Dell is willing to pay. So Dell has to pay more for most of it's items. Remember what the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers said:(more or less) "Parts get you through times of no money better than money gets you through times of no parts.
