Other than gold, there isn't anything he seems to favor
Back in 1978, one of my associates tried to convince me to invest in Gold - it was well above $700 an ounce and he subscribed to a "gold bug investor" service which had solid evidence that Gold would be over $1000 before the end of the decade. Fortunately, I did not invest in gold... I would be at .40 on the dollar with no adjustment for inflation after 22 years, even after the recent "big rise".

It may take that long for luc to come to grips with his obsession. I actually don't believe he is serious, it's just a way to get people to respond to him. Kind of the Lenny Bruce of the SI boards.
