Thanks Sent IQC at dear John letter today and started Quote.com. Looks good but wish IQC would get their act together and maybe I would switch back. Sort of liked the tracker. Oh well till then Quote.com gets my money. Arcticwarrior

I got the letter from ICQ even though I didn't send them an email about the service loss since I didn't launch it on Friday. I assume they sent the explanation to all their customers. It does sound like they're making significant changes in the system since they say they are "awating installation of a real-time datafeed in our Seattle location", which indicates that they are moving from the current LA location and will use the same backbones currently used by SI and other Go2Net sites.
