Oh, I am well aware of 3Coms past troubles. I might be stubborn, and I certainly follow my heart and that's how I got into QCOM with an average cost below $25 when conventional wisdom said Q was a scrappy company that wasn't going anywhere. Of course I do tend to be a little early in my purchases but so far that hasn't seemed to put a damper on my returns. COMS is out of favor now, Cisco ate them for lunch, I'll buy. Let's look at the price this time next year.
