WCAP is predictable if nothing else. Easy momentum play leading up to any IPO. Sell on news event regardless of increase to WCAP's earnings and assets. The unpredictable spikes come when they announce new investments.

WCAP has a solid portfolio of companies and is executing very well. Moroni's "pennies per play" ignores the fact that in the VC world, late stage is the place for max ROI when IPO fever is hot. With WCAP Market Cap <$100M and public holdings worth approx $58M plus private invesments, WCAP is undervalued at the moment. The $58M represents a doubling from this summer and market caps should be forward-looking. IMHO WCAP could hold $100M in public equity by 1H '00 and $250M by end of '01, so long term holders will be rewarded if they can stomach the spikes and dips.

TJ
