Has anyone sold before 30 days?

Any repercussions? Difficulty getting on on other IPO's?

Just sold VRSA from etrade's IPO. 30% gain, but could have done that on the open market.

Phoenix only gets a mild from Red Herring and a flat from Ben Holmes at TheStreet.com.

last time I tried to cancel my IOI for my old lady's account, that e*fark asked me for the name of the account, I told them my old lady's name, and they said I don't sound like a woman, you cannot cancel nothing and hang up on me, fark it ...

They should not have hung up on you, but, as I'm sure you know, unless you have your wife's account set up so that you have trading authority then they were correct in refusing your order and any orders you place are a violation of at least SEC regulations, maybe even illegal. I have all our non-joint accounts (IRAs, for example) with crossed trading authorities.
