DJ Network Assoc. Adds Intel To Its E-Business Alliance

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Network Associates Inc. (NETA) entered an agreement with Intel Corp.
(INTC) to jointly develop e-commerce security products.

In a press release Monday, Network Associates said the first products from this alliance includes support for Intel's
Random Number Generator in Network Associates' PGP E-Business Server, PGP VPN and PGP Data Security
encryption and authentication products.

Network Associates has similar alliances with Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) and
Hewlett-Packard Co. (HWP).

Network Associates sells enterprise network security and management software.
