Some Key Comments on Agile's Deal Today...

<<''Agile and Digital Market have highly complementary e-supply chain applications,'' said Bruce Richardson, vice president of research strategy at AMR Research, Inc. ''Beyond the potential for cost reductions, the new product introduction process is an obvious area of benefit. Because components are being designed into new products with limited cost and availability information, components are often specified with suboptimal availability, lead time, or cost. These supply chain constraints can create significant delays and costs as a company tries to quickly bring a new product to market. The result is often an inability to meet demand for a new product at the most profitable point in the product's lifecycle. An Agile/Digital Market solution addresses these important business issues. Agile Anywhere has the product content information during the new product introduction and product change processes that can be fed directly into Digital Market's direct material procurement applications. This product content is critical to the direct procurement process.''>>

I continue to HOLD my AGIL shares and may add to my holdings. This company is on track to become a franchise leader in a VERY important marketspace. IMO, there still is great upside with this stock.

Best Regards,

Scott
