Ox, them's pretty good thoughts. I actually turned from buying puts to shorting some time ago. I think I was running into the problem you explained. However, the synthetic short scenario may be worth considering. If there is true parity, it would be no more risky than a stock. You know me though, I can't hold anything over a couple of days so the premium decay wouldn't amount to much.<gg> I bet that NDXBP is lower tonight... Chris
