REB, re: CS options I did the same and now hold Nov 15's and 20's, will hold these two more weeks and then decide what's next... re: CS press releases I agree, with all of the press and rumors abound, this stock is not acting right, but what do I know... -Chicago

there is only one piece of news that all of us are waiting for and that is cs to be acquired...for me this is not a fundamental play...just like john chamber's said " i see more consolidating in this sector"..well that is true but who is left? coms...wat too complicated aND most likely will go at it alone. cien...they announce they are not 4 sale nn...way too expensive for what they have to offer cs...300 million in the bank..no debt...products that the europeans need and want badly....if you look at the numbers of xyln and fore you will see an almost mirror image of cs......all i can say until i'm blue in the face is PATIENCE!! just note that when you hold a takeover play you are more aware of every tick and hoping for that halt every day ..it's not like holding a long term core holding so this will way heavy on your emotions....and that is why it is so easy to shake the weak shares...do you think all these block buys are because cs has such a bright future?..hell no..these big money players are playing the same game as we are PATIENCE!
