I was checking on this earlier, and was looking this link over, otcbb.com and wonder if EDII is now EDIIE because the Form 10 they submitted last year (don't recall the exact date) was not signed off. I recall jmt making a big issue of this fact and I think it was pointed out that they were able to get around this because there were some other filings on record that were audited/signed off that were less than 3years old. I don't believe this was ever really answered/resolved to anybody's satisfaction as to how they were able to submit an audit that was not signed off on, other than this little known clause. So........ could this be the reason why EDII is now EDIIE, even though they have already been reporting? Reading the new requirements an unaudited/unsigned Form 10 would be considered incomplete. If this is the reason for their "E" now, I find it odd that they wouldn't have been grandfathered in under this clause. But then, I might be way off base...and there might be another reason.
