eims2000: You may well be right, but that is not the point I am trying to make. Personally, if SI wanted to bring Tony back that is their decision to make.

SI management offered up no facts on the case turning this vote strictly into a vote on popularity. All members should have been contacted prior to the vote and given the facts regarding Tony's ban, so they could first choose to vote or not and second if they chose to vote they could make an informed vote. This would have been fairer to the membership and Tony.

SI Management offered NO facts and the membership was not apprised of the vote. Not all members look at the "hot list" regularly.

I am protesting the methodology more than I am the outcome. However, in this case I believe the methodology assured the outcome, but I concede I have no way of knowing that for sure.
