Richard --
I must say that your tone is quite dignified and measured. You must be a very good poker player.
I agree that this should make a great deal of difference in the financing. Heck, maybe Mason C. would like to back DR now. Not.

Paunch -- I hope the market won't focus on the last sentence, but it might. In that sense, you are right about it not being the best of all possible worlds. On the other hand, DR and AH are sure up front with it. Stand up guys. And I agree with Richard on the effect of the news on financing. Now which lab are they using? Hope like heck it isn't one that had anything to do with IPM.

Best, Ed D.

A new assay method and a modified recovery procedure...oh boy, the "dirts" never cease to amaze in their various reincarnate life forms. I must put Maxie back on the radar screen. ;)......'course Dale did say '99 was our year.

Richard,
I sure hope you are right, this IS good news and i expect to see a small rise in price but when they can announce that they have the funding we should see a large rise and straight up from there. Maxam has enough property so that once the price starts there should be nothing in their way in my lifetime.
