A.G. Edwards prior downgrade to "accumulate" (of two weeks ago) was solely due to valuation, as QCOM hit the short-term price target. With QCOM continuing to rise, the analyst likely downgraded one more time to a "hold". The analyst has done this several times over the last few months.
