JW - it is ultra clear to me that QCOM belong in the 350-420 range per share this instant... I conclude this since next FY2k earnings are likely to be much higher than the $3.70/share currently estimated. Now that's what I call Technical Analysis. You are forgiven for the other language. I hesitate to respond to you, JW, but you obviously have no sense of humor, which a missionary simply must have. You're not exactly attracting a following of your ideas with your demeanor toward would-be converts, either. I would not like to see you leave the thread, but if you remain so defensive and almost rude to those who kindly disagree with you, then perhaps those who remain will not miss you so much as otherwise. Your message to me looked like an apology for a moment, which I did not request, but I am not so sure you didn't end it by calling me an idiot. Your PM to me was much more insulting, and I really don't wish to engage in a cyber argument with you or anyone else at this emotional level. Stay or go--I don't care anymore. JimWillie. Financial success is rampant in the thread. Unfortunately, success leads to arrogance in many/most humans---which means that they become know-it-alls who show little respect for the opinions of others. Some even seem to use the thread to "kick the cat" meaning that, by the time they get here, they are so frustrated with the rest of the day that they just lash out at someone on this thread. Simply being polite and considerate counts for much in this world. Just look at FranQ's G&K thread to see how pleasant and constructive people are when politenenn is demanded, JohnG
