I'm just 'funning' with marcos a bit. It's not difficult—but not very useful either (the HTML bit, that is—not the part about funning w/ marcos). I'm simply using a meta tag to redirect to new pages w/ different background colours after a timeout. (you can see in the code, via 'View Source', that the time is set by 'content', and the new page is in the url attribute). So, you just make a chain of blank pages. Whaddya think of CAMP—still room to go up?
