JT The "E" is added to the end of a BB stock usually now 30 days before the company is/was suposed to submit the proper Audited financials and other requirements now set down , by the new trading and classification rules . It is not a very good sign and means if they don't complete the filings in 30 days ...well they are heading for the 3rd World Cellars of the market....a very distressing place to be! But it is for the protection of the investors from buying into penny-stock P&D's and momo scam PR's.
