Nancy, my husband was introduced to the Lord by his own son(from a previous marriage). His mother is catholic, so you can imagine the conflict this young man had to deal with. Although my husband and his ex-wife were not particularly religious.

I meet my husband when I was shopping for a car. He's a car-dealer. I didn't buy a car from him,(funds were low)but he kept my number and asked if he could take me out for dinner. The rest is history, so to speak.

I have told my husband that I would like to go to a Messianic Synagogue in our area, even though I'm not Jewish, I think it's important for him and me to know all he can about his heritage. But he's 61 years old and remembers only to well what it was like being a child in WW2. And I personally think that this childhood fear has stayed with him, even though he will never admit it.

But I do invite friends for dinner that I know from the Messianic Synagogue. And he enjoys their company.

We don't have children together. But all of our children are spirit-filled Christians.

The Lord does work in mysterious in and wonderful ways!!!
