I can't find it even on yahoo--the board or news releases. And, nothing on prnnewswire either. Or the company's site.

Plus, it doesn't make a lot of sense. There aren't enough shares to have a 2:1 split, especially if one considers the number of options out there which may be exercised towards the end of the year and right after the first of the y2000 and BEFORE the annual meeting at which additional shares will be authorized.
