NGLD I like this part of the article: Instead of going to venture capital groups for funding, the company has decided to merge with NewGold, a shell company with about $7 million in cash trading on the OTC Bulletin board. Meaux said the cash will finance Comercis' continuing operations. The company will also apply to trade on the Nasdaq exchange when the merger is complete sometime before the end of the year, he said.
