Anatole, Re. CC from my notes. Management said that the new thermal printer products were seeing strong customer and distributor interest at a recent trade show. Management also said that as the thermal printer line starts to gain traction, the heavy investment in R&D and marketing costs will transition to other areas of emphasis. So there will not be a pick-up in y-o-y EPS comparisons due to a reduction in these expenses going forward.

IMHO, therefore, the top line will need to start growing in order to fuel profitability. Based on anecdotal evidence reported from this trade show, top line growth should be achievable. I am hoping to confirm the level of interest in the new thermal printer products with customers and distributors over the next couple of weeks. If the top line growth is achievable, the stock seems very cheap (again IMHO) at these levels. But remember as well that PTNX fits into the much maligned small cap growth sector. Also, the fully taxed vs. not fully taxed comparisons will continue to haunt the reported results for a couple more quarters.
