Jerry, many thanx for starting this thread here. I have been aware of Nanovation for some time now. Actually, I was wondering when Nanovation (formerly USOI) will finally move to start trading on a market. Company seems to be similiar to LUMM. But since market cap of LUMM is elevated, I'd absolutely love to be able to buy into another player in all-optical networking components. Unfortunately, nanovation is not yet trading nor an S-1 or SB-1 has been filed with the SEC. Got any info when it might become a trading stock ? Or do you know is there a specialist fund that subscribed heavily to the private placement ? best regards CROSSY BTW: myself enjoying DWDM right now. (ORTL, DIGL ..) What I do like very much that nanovation purchased Apollo - which does Photonic - CAD. Software is always good. More learning, less capital intense..
