Jim, rem mgmt at IMCL very conservative and if they say no infringement, along with McCamant(sp), I believe them. That takedown was total crap. IMCL, imo, be moving back up soon, especially with the secondary coming.

Back in Jan, I spoke with Crut & Roth and Donner and a third analyst.

Crut was ok, but they like other co's that don't even move. They are into small caps and IMCL has moved from a smaller cap co to at least a mid-cap co. Crut & Roth's opinion matters less as more of the big boys enter.

Morgan Stanley is one class act inv banking co. Berger has also looked at IMCL more recently.
