Just so we all know what I am talking about, here is the Term of Use I have been referencing ~ I don't see why it should be hard to follow these guidelines: * Use Silicon Investor for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable. Edit: I think they don't mean "tortuous," I think they probably mean "tortious."

I don't see CB as looking for thread control, any more than I was last week when asking for more personal respect during the various discussions. For this thread to continue to be thought provoking, it is necessary that we all remember that there is a living person posting and reading the posts. Name calling in seriousness and the like tend to distract us from this recognition. Although I am basically libertarian, I have called Admin's attention to some postings on stock threads that have veered into the stunningly vicious and totally inappropriate.
