Rambi, I don't have time to get into it right now, but allow me to offer this quick response. Should we also ban the huddled prayer in professional sports? It's simply a part of the culture of the sport, and has been since it's inception. You kneel and say something like, "Dear God allow us to play to our highest ideals while remembering to care about the the safety of our opponents". WHOOOORAAAAH! Have you ever actually been in a huddled prayer Rambi? It's not an hour long sermon. The other issues you brought up regarding the awards ceremony I agree. But to me they're not really the same thing. Michael

Thanks for the excellent post, Rambi. Isn't CW the one who is openly Atheist? Was he being coerced into group prayer? Did he refuse? If so, were there repercussions? I just got back from visiting my son in Dallas, but I didn't have time for another covert meeting with you. Maybe next time. BTW, I really enjoyed going to Stumpy's blues bar on Division and hearing Joe and the Torpedoes. Ever been there? About half of the vehicles in the parking lot were Harleys, so you might not want to take your Lexus if you go. Del
